Your shop is sold out. When will your next update be?

Thanks for the interest! My Goddesses usually sell out same day.  If you sign up for my newsletter, you'll get an email when the next shop update will be, plus 24hr early access to pieces! I also post updates on social media.

Can I hold/reserve a piece?

No, pieces are sold first come, first serve.  If you sign up for the newsletter, you will get early access for each ceramics drop!  Sign up below.


    How do the ceramic drop/updates work?

    I send out a newsletter the date/time of the ceramic drop with a password that gives newsletter subscribers 30 minutes to shop before everyone else.  After the 30 minutes is up, the password is removed from the site and anything left can be purchased.


      Your shop is password protected. How do I get in?

      If the shop is password protected it could be one of two things.

      1. I'm currently updating the shop for the upcoming ceramics drop. 

      2. The shop is locked for the early access given to newsletter subscribers.


        Do you make/accept custom orders?

        Not at the moment.


          What is your processing/shipping time?

          It generally takes 1-3 days to process and 3-8 days for domestic shipping to arrive.  International Orders can take between 1-5 weeks.  Please keep in mind, shipping has been affected by COVID-19 and shipping times cannot be guaranteed.


            Do you ship Internationally?

            I do ship internationally!  If you would like to add extra insurance please email me right after your order and I can get you a quote.

            RBM is not responsible for an additional customs/shipping fees.


              Do you accept returns?

              I do not.  Each piece is completely hand made and as a result may have small imperfections.  Please review the description and all photos before purchasing a piece.


                What if something happens to my package in the mail?

                If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of how the box arrived and the damage done to the piece- you must reach out within 24 hours of the package arriving.  RBM is no longer responsible for your package as soon as it is in the post office's hands- please reach out the postal carrier.  I will try my best to resolve any issues!
