I pride myself in my commitment to my schedule, but sometimes I fall off track (I'm only human). To be honest, it makes me feel guilty. There's a constant struggle to maintain the structures and guides I have placed on myself. Instead of getting frustrated, I developed this simple spread to help me get back to it.
Funny thing is, when I did the reading for myself it said to be patient with myself and to allow myself to slowly ease back into my schedule.
